AYRO is looking for an exceptional engineer to lead the technical direction of its AI systems. This is a founding role: you will define engineering standards, architect the core platform and build the team that executes it. Location is intentionally open — we are hiring for talent, not geography.

- Deep experience building production AI systems — agents, LLM orchestration, or ML infrastructure
- Strong engineering leadership track record — team building, standards, mentorship
- Architectural experience across multi-system, multi-agent environments

04Responsibilities
- Establish AYRO's engineering standards, practices and architecture principles
- Architect core AI systems, agent frameworks and integration infrastructure
- Lead technical evaluation and tooling decisions
- Work closely with the CEO and solutions team on product and delivery scope
- Build and mentor the engineering team as it scales
- Own technical quality, reliability and security standards
